Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Managing Design Using Figma for Salawat Challenge

Overview

This SOP provides detailed guidance on how to manage, edit, and collaborate on the Salawat Challenge page designs using Figma. It is designed for team members managing the Salawat Challenge project to ensure consistency and collaboration.

Scope

This SOP applies to all team members responsible for the design, modification, and collaboration of Salawat Challenge-related assets on Figma.

Responsibilities

  • Designers: Responsible for making design changes and ensuring they align with project objectives.
  • Collaborators: Share designs with team members for feedback or further modifications.
  • Project Managers: Oversee design updates and ensure proper use of Figma tools.

Requirements

  • Access to a device with an internet connection.
  • Figma account credentials ([email protected] email recommended).
  • Updated browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Firefox) for optimal performance.

Process

1. Log In to Figma

2. Access Design Files

  • Upon logging in, you will see a dashboard displaying all available design files.
  • Identify and click on the file for the Salawat Challenge to access its design workspace.

3. Navigate Design Pages

  • On the left-side panel, you will see a list of all design pages, including:
    • Home Page
    • Global Rankings Page
    • Organizations Page
    • Donations Page
  • Click on any page to view and edit its respective design.

4. Edit Design

  • Select elements on the chosen page to modify text, colors, layouts, or other design elements.
  • Save changes automatically as Figma retains edits in real-time.

5. Collaborate on Designs

  • To collaborate, click the Share button in the top-right corner of the Figma workspace.
  • Copy the shareable link and send it to team members or external collaborators via email, chat, or other communication tools.

6. Review and Iterate

  • Coordinate with collaborators to review edits.
  • Make further changes as needed based on feedback or seasonal requirements.
